Yes, we are fully insured, with proper safety gear and the paperwork sorted before anyone gets on your roof. The 10 year workmanship warranty is for completed restorations, and you get it in writing.
We call you to lock in a time that suits, come out and inspect the roof, photograph what we find, and give you a written estimate with your options laid out. No pressure and no obligation to go ahead.
