You cannot see most roof problems from the driveway. Cracked tiles, pointing that has let go, a rusted valley or a lifted flashing only show up once someone is up there looking.
Every job we do starts with an inspection, and it is free. We call you to lock in a time that suits, get on the roof, and photograph what we find so you can see it for yourself.
Then you get a written estimate with your options laid out. If the roof does not need doing, or it can wait, we tell you that too.

- Tiles that are cracked, broken, slipped or gone porous
- Ridge capping, bedding and pointing
- Valleys and flashings
- Metal sheets and fixings, for rust and lifting
- Gutters and downpipes
- Any sign of a leak, and where the water is getting in
When to book one
It is worth doing if you have a ceiling stain, mortar crumbs in the gutters, moss and dark streaks on the tiles, or gutters that overflow in rain. It is also worth doing after a big storm. What we find decides the next step, whether that is a repair, a restoration, or nothing at all.
